The Thompson Event Center, located at the northeast corner of Alma School Road and the Loop 202, was approved for a zone change from Rural-43 to C-3 CUPD at the February 10th Maricopa County Board of Supervisors meeting. The zone change will allow the approximately 36-acre property in the Mesa area to accommodate such uses as amusement rides, event tents or stages, and play fields. The Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. zoning team is proud to have been of assistance on this approval and looks forward to the exciting possibilities ahead for the Thompson Event Center.
