On February 10, 2021, Shea Homes received unanimous approval by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for their rezoning request from Rural-43 to R1-18 RUPD for the highly anticipated Symmetry at 56th Street and Lone Mountain. Bill Lally and the Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. Land Use and Zoning team are honored to have collaborated with the outstanding team at Shea Homes. A large contribution to the success of the application can be attributed to an unprecedented level of community outreach, despite the inhibiting factors brought on by the pandemic, which helped achieve a successful outcome for Shea Homes as well as the surrounding community and Maricopa County as a whole.
